Writer/Director Marilyn Reid wrote numerous stage plays whilst based in Dundee under the name Cameron. Butterflies & Webs, Cool Cat '66, The Hillwalkers, Silver Tides (Inverness 2008), A Few Spirits of Forfar, Sent to the Mars (radio) to name but a few, as well as running many, many drama workshops and writing workshops schools, communities. For health reasons, Dundee born Marilyn had to slow down a little post 2005 but wrote one play for the Highland Festival 2008 and conducted workshops, and had three small books published. Returning to writing more major work, Marilyn has just completed a full length Screenplay, The Radical Capture, of which the majority is set in Forfar, Dundee, Balgonie, St. Andrews.
